Hotel Embassy - Florence

Noise from trams and traffic disturbed my sleep!!! Inconsistencies with air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm at times. It would be nice if the water temperature in the showers remained stable!!!

Clean and bright place, enjoyable breakfast with variety of options. A private safe, a minibar, and central heating in the room, good and incredible location. Suitable for one night.

Beds were very hard.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the train station and main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, with luxurious Acqua dell'Elba toiletries that added a special touch. Breakfast provided a good assortment of options, and the staff were courteous, helping with every query. The bathroom layout in room 108 posed a challenge for taller guests, and some external noise could occasionally be heard. A lovely experience with minor inconveniences.

The front reception staff were very helpful and courteous.

Very convenient location for shopping and seeing many major sites. Friendly staff that was helpful with recommendations for eating and seeing the sights. Housekeeping was superb.

Quad room's 2nd bed was not comfortable. It would be worth the money to have a 2nd double room. This is my only complaint.

Loved the air conditioning during the hot days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station. Plus, we had access to a cozy courtyard to unwind in after our adventures.

The location as its close to the main station where we could travel even to bologna, venice, pisa,just buy taking train from main terminal. Its just 5 min walking from the hotel itself. For budget traveller can also buy water,and snacks at the supermarket mita/meta supermarket few meters away from the hotel, in between the hotel and the station but on the other side of the street of the hotel. The food is not too good, bread was dry, no toaster, but the toiletries in hotel are good, tub, etc all worked perfectly.

We stayed in the new wing and the room was very modern, clean, spacious and efficient. Since we we departing by train, this hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. The was no problem with noise from the city or the trains. We were also able to walk everyday to the main shopping,tourist areas and fine restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

There is no adjacent parking. The hotel is on a one way street and is difficult to find.

The breakfast was a highlight as well, with a selection of good pastries and fresh coffee.

In my wife's opinion, the room was not spacious enough for a family stay.

The location was excellent and great for exploring the city that is just a short walk to the centre. Location was good and quiet. Our room was full of character, clean and newly refurbished. I would have no hesitation to stay again or recommend. The staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast.

The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to take care of any request including a doctor visit for an injury. The rooms were large and the breakfast very substantial.

Spacious room, comfortable breakfast, the convenient location made our stay enjoyable as it was only a 3-minute walk to the central rail station and a short distance from major attractions like the Duomo.

I enjoyed the spacious room and the included breakfast was a good surprise, with fresh pastries and various options. Perfect for starting the day right!

Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby tram impacted my sleep cycle, especially during the early morning hours. Better soundproofing would have made a huge difference.
